This homework is broken down into 4 sections:
(A) Approaches.
Evaluate both the Psychodynamic and Humanistic approach (ensure you have 3 evaluation points for each approach). Make sure that both booklets are completed
Complete the comparison chart, comparing the main approaches in psychology. Make sure that it is detailed and clear as this will be an extremely useful revision tool. In the first week back (lesson 3) you will sit a 20 minute timed essay on the approaches to assess your learning over the summer
(B) Research methods (Inferential statistics)
Complete 'Lesson 23: Probability and Significance' in your second year inferential statistics pack.
(C) Psychopathology and Biopsychology
Complete and self mark the exam questions on psychopathology and biopsychology
(E) Folder/textbook check

Folder check: I will be completing a folder check in your first lesson back after the summer holidays to make sure your material from Year 1 Psychology is organised before entering into year 2.
Organise you Year 1 notes: ideally, you should have your notes in line with the topics on the Papers.

Please bring the completed homework with you to your first psychology lesson after the summer holidays. Your homework will be checked during the first session
